Separation and Determination of Chlorophenol Isomers by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract

|
A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of four chlorophenol isomers has been studied by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a ultraviolt (UV) detector using the various mobile phase compositions. The chlorophenol isomers in solution were successfully separated on μ BONDPAK^(TM) C18 column using methanol/water mixturc(25:75) as mobile phase.
